The chapter board is happy to invite you to our annual business meeting on Sunday, March 24, 2024, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM during lunch*.
We will be excited to announce the results of the board member elections and present the chapter financial report during the meeting. Watch for emails from the chapter online elections coordinator with information on applying to become part of the 2024 RI Chapter board. Moreover, we will be presenting awards to recognize the outstanding contributions of our volunteers. To make the event even more enjoyable, we will be serving a delicious lunch* for all attendees.
This will be an excellent opportunity to network with your fellow members and learn more about the exciting developments in the industry. We would be honored to have you join us for this important event. This meeting and lunch* is free to all members; a $20 fee will be asked for non-members.
The meeting will be held during the Evidence Informed Clinical Cupping workshop by Cupping Canada, which is being sponsored by our chapter during this weekend. If you are already registered for Evidence Informed Clinical Cupping you are automatically registered for the Chapter Annual Business Meeting and do not have to register again. You do not need to be registered for this workshop to attend the annual meeting.
*The chapter will make all efforts to have vegetarian/vegan and GF options available. For anyone with allergies you are welcome to bring your own lunch.
