ADVANCE

The Advance is the opportunity for the new executive board and committee chairs to set the schedule and goals for the upcoming year.  The day is rounded out with some fun team building exercises that help the volunteers learn better communication skills, respect and boundries, and how to support each other in the goals of their respective committees.
